Here at Life Connections, we are passionate about those we serve. Since our inception in 2004, our vision has been to provide our clients with exceptional service that promotes dignity, self-esteem, and self-reliance.

To achieve this mission, we focus on three key components: Communication, Dignity, and Personalization.

 

Communication

It all begins with communication. At Life Connections, we understand that you chose us and are trusting us with the care of someone dear and important to you. We do not take that task lightly.

We encourage our clients and family members to contact us or stop by our facilities for a visit. We have an open-door policy. We remain in constant communication with our participants and their family members and guardians. In addition, we schedule events where families are invited to take part and enjoy the fellowship. Our goal is to ensure our client’s happiness and well-being while giving you, their family, peace of mind while your loved one is in our care.

 

Dignity 

We also foster an environment where our clients are in control. They are encouraged to take an active role in their life choices which promotes individuality and self-determination. It begins with our staff. Our staff members are professional and respectful to everyone. Our compassionate staff takes time to know and understand the needs of each participant. Thus, we can better serve each individual and empower them to be as successful and as self-reliant as possible.

 

Personalization

At Life Connections, we understand that every resident has dreams and goals. Some enjoy watching live sporting events; others prefer going camping. For some, that goal may be as simple as weekly shopping trips and out to coffee with friends. No matter your interest, if it is important to you, it is important to us.

We encourage every resident to create a bucket list of activities they enjoy. And we work diligently to ensure those things happen.

We work to create an environment where every resident in our care lives with dignity, grows in self-esteem and becomes self-reliant.
